1. Return Window

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.

After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.

2. How to Return

Please contact our customer service at info@true-born.com within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.

We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time.

You may return your item using a courier of your choice to our Netherlands return address (the exact address will be provided by email after your return request).

Make sure to include your order number and full name inside the package.

After shipping, you must email us your tracking information. Returns without tracking details may not be identifiable.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

If the item is defective, we will refund the return shipping costs.

4. Return Conditions

Returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with all tags attached.

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded.

5. Not Eligible for Return

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons: jewelry, headwear, swimwear, socks, and other items classified as personal or hygiene-related products.

Shoes may be tried on indoors only. Items with dirty or worn soles will not be accepted.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.

7. Important Notice

Do not send returns to the sender address on your package — this is not our return warehouse.

We are not responsible for missing, stolen, lost, or tampered packages during return shipment.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
