After an order is placed, we'll send an order confirmation to your email immediately. If any mistakes were made in ordering, please contact us as soon as possible to rectify the situation. If you haven't received an email, please check your SPAM filter in your email first and then contact us.

No problem—we understand that mistakes can happen! Our team processes and ship orders very quickly, often within one business day for in-stock items. To avoid any delays or issues, we offer a 2 hour window after placing your order where you can request changes or cancellations without any fees.

Once the parcel has been processed and sent to the post office, we will be unable to make any changes.

Our products are photographed by the camera, without adding any filters to the picture. Product color difference depends on your phone or computer screen, but if you are unhappy with your order we will be happy to do a return or exchange.

Please note that the measurement shown on the size chart is around 1-2 cm tolerance. Every product has its size chart on the page, and we use the measurement of cm to measure the product. If they don't fit you well, you could return the items. (Please check our return policy)

Sometimes it is possible that products will arrive seperatly, because our team works in different warehouses.

If any items are missing from your order, please wait 2-3 before contacting us. Most probably the rest of the items will arrive within these days. If the rest of the items are not there within 3-4 days, please contact us thru email.

Orders ship within two business days of being placed.

Most shipments are delivered within 7-9 working days. We always provide you with a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel realtime. If the dispatch is taking way longer than planned, we will inform you by email. You can also track your order here.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, if you’re not satisfied you can return the order, if it is undamaged and unused. You have 14 days to return your order (partially), which takes effect from the moment your order is received. Items in the following categories cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of hygiene: Rings & Necklace, Socks and Caps.

Once a refund is processed it depends on your bank. On average this takes 1-3 business days.
